Sorry, but the image containing the Monday's Muse has been removed from this blog so as not to violate any copyright issues. Thanks for your understanding!
I took a few books with me on vacation...two of which were Maya Banks' new KGI series. I picked up No Place To Run (the 2nd in the series) before I left in hopes of being able to read books one and two back to back in hopes to catch up before the next book comes out.
How many pages did I get read? Absolutely none! I didn't have time to read at all :( It was one of those vacations that you need a vacation when you get back in order to rest after being on vacation :) We had a great time, but I REALLY wanted to read those books! When I saw this week's Muse he reminded me of the cover of NPTR which made me want to pick it up and read it right now. Unfortunately I can't, so to appease my booklover need for the book that I want to read, but can't right now, I give you this week's Muse. The title of the book may be No Place to Run, but if I saw him you better believe I would run right to him :) Yes indeedy!
Not much is planned for this week. I have reviews I need to post and a few winners to announce as well, other than that I will probably be compiling my list of favorite reads this year, as well as a few disappointments, and to try and decide what my blogging goals will be for next year. What will make your lists? And can you believe it's already the end to 2010? I can't...it doesn't seem that long ago that I celebrated the beginning of 2010. Seriously, where does the time go?
*I am an Amazon affiliate and receive a small (and I mean very small) referral fee for purchases made using a link on this blog. I don't use Amazon to earn money, I use it because the widgets are cool, easy to use, and serve my purposes to showcase books & such with minimal effort, but most importantly they have great prices and offer both new and used items. As a book addict I love that I can find just about anything I want in one place. If you are going to purchase a featured book anyway, and you know you won't pay more by using the links on this blog than you would by visiting Amazon on your own, I will be eternally grateful for supporting this blog by using the links, and don't forget that the referral fees from your purchases will sponsor the "Reader Rewards" giveaways :)
